  • In case of unfavorable weather or safety concerns, activities may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.
  • The final decision regarding activity operations rests with our certified pilots and management team.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must provide accurate personal and health information before activities.
  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions given by instructors and guides.
  • Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence may be chargeable.

4. Health & Fitness

  • Paragliding and trekking require basic physical fitness.
  • People with serious medical conditions (heart issues, severe back problems, pregnancy, etc.) should consult a doctor before booking.
  • Bir Billing Thrill is not responsible for health issues arising during activities if pre-existing conditions were not disclosed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed in advance.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and activity type.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows.
  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded as per company policy.
